How to we do our renders?

We use 3DSMax for modeling and Mental Ray renderer for rendering. Mental Ray comes with 3DSMax so its a working solution that we can rely on and is fully compatible with models made in 3DSMax. All the sample renders are done in 3DSMax and retouches are done in Photoshop.

What are the models made of?

We use quads/tris polygonal topology on most of our models. Use of ngons is usually avoided, that makes the models suitable for most rendering engines, games etc.

Here you can see some of the examples of the technical part of our finished models, Polygonal surface is shown here without smoothing, usually finished renders have Turbosmooth applied to the models, that makes the surface look nice and smooth.
